Our Community Programs

The Woodstock Civic Association provides year-round programs focused youth development, neighborhood pride, and community celebration in North Philadelphia.

🥊 Youth & Education Programs

Boxing Program (Ages 14+)

A youth boxing and mentorship program led by Mr. Tige r Allen, promoting discipline, fitness, and positive personal development.

    Weekly Community Clean up: Diamond Street:17 St to 33rd street: From N 17th st Diamond Street. To Allegheny Ave. N 17steet:  Ontario st to W Hunting Park Ave. Sponsored by The City of Philadelphia Taking Care of Business. The subcontractor is the Purple Gloves Cleaning Company, and The New Woodstock Civic Association, overseas the program.

Goal 1: Maintain clean neighborhood commercial districts.

Goal 2: Create jobs with credentialed workforce training opportunities.

Goal 3: Grow the economic vitality of businesses within neighborhood commercial corridors.

Goal 4: Expand opportunities for local organizations and minority-owned cleaning companies to grow

After-School Literacy Program (Launching Soon)

An upcoming program focused on improving reading skills and academic confidence for school-age children.

Status: Program development underway
